Wireline (used for home broadband) includes ADSL up to 8 Mbps, ADSL2+ up
to 20 Mbps, VDSL2 up to 50 Mbps and GPON (optical fibre) up to 100 Mbps.
Performance Targets are
10 x data rate of HSPA
½ to 1/3 latency of HSPA
2 to 4 x spectral efficiency of HSPA
